High Density Agglomerates

Our strongest agglomerates for premium performance

High Density Agglomerate or "HD" powders are strong, blocky-shaped agglomerates that are more tightly agglomerated than SA grades, making them more resistant to breaking down during processing. For cooling fillers, these grades provide the best through-plane thermal conductivity that will not degrade during processing or dispensing. With sizes ranging from 75 µm to 200 µm, these grades are best suited for applications that can accommodate coarse powder sizes.
