Performance Materials branch of Saint-Gobain, a world leader in engineered
materials and manufacturing.
State-of-the-Art Facilities Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Amherst, New York, USA, is
dedicated to the production of hexagonal Boron Nitride materials for customers
around the world. Our facility completed a multi-million dollar
expansion in 2002 bolstering our capacity and ability to meet the growing needs
for Boron Nitride around the world. Advanced processes and ISO9001:2000
certification ensure production of the highest purity Boron Nitride products
available. SGAC's facilities also feature in-house analytical capabilities
including equipment and systems such as laser particle analyzer, BET surface
area analyzer, SEM and FTIR. In addition, we have an advanced applications
laboratory for PDS planar diffusion source applications including a Class 100
Clean Room.
